Why I Started Optima
I started Optima Design & Build with one goal: to give Los Angeles homeowners a remodel that goes the way it was promised.
I'm a licensed general contractor with over 16 years of experience in residential construction, and my background is in technical drafting. That combination lets me bridge the gap between the design on paper and what actually gets built on site. The result is fewer surprises and cleaner execution.
Most homeowners don't struggle with the build. They struggle with unclear pricing and poor planning. My job is to solve those problems before the hammers swing, so you know exactly what you're getting, what it will cost, and how it will come together.
